The screws accompanying the Schlage B560 are not long enough to work with the mounting plate. If you run into this issue while installing your Yale Smart Lock, we have longer screws readily available and are happy to mail them to your home. To initiate our system to send new screws, click on the chat button (the question mark) in the lower right of this screen and enter "request screws". Our chat bot will create an order for you right away.
