If your Auto-Unlock feature was working, but it stopped working, it could be due to the following:
Phone Settings
In order to work properly, the Auto-Unlock settings require that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS are enabled on your phone. If Auto-Unlock has recently stopped working for you, go to your phone’s settings and verify that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS are enabled.
Force Quitting the App
If you force quit the App after leaving your house Auto-Unlock may quit working because the App has lost the Home/Away status.
Entering Through a Different Door
Auto-Unlock works best if you enter and exit through the same door.
Location Services
For Auto-Unlock to work optimally, set Location Services for the Yale Access App to Always.
