In the event that your Keypad gets stolen, we offer a theft replacement guarantee. Once you’ve reported the item stolen to Customer Support, we will deactivate the product immediately to prevent any misuse—or use at all—and initiate the replacement process.
Please be sure to have the following available: original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer and a copy of the police report documenting the item stolen. You will be billed $19.95 for shipping and handling.
