Creating a Master Entry Code must be performed upon installation or after resetting the lock to factory default. Programming and use of lock is not possible until this step has been successfully completed.

Follow the steps below to set the Master Entry Code on your Yale Assure Lever:

1. Press or select the Gear key in the lower right hand corner of the keypad
2. Press or select '1' then the Gear key
3. Enter a 4-8 digit Master Entry Code
4. Press or select the Gear key to complete steps

PLEASE NOTE: It is important to use a code that you will remember for programming and troubleshooting of the lock. It is best to use a separate code to lock and unlock your lever.
